AWT are an authorised installer for Cintec anchors, with trained, experienced operatives.
AWT will often incorporate Cintec anchors as part of a repair strategy as they are considered to be appropriate for many structures, materials and solutions. Cintec anchors (together with specialised diamond drilling techniques) can be utilised almost uniquely in situations where long anchors are required.
Cintec anchors are a versatile and effective method of structural reinforcement. They are widely used because they are tailored to the specific strengthening and repair requirements of the individual application. Cintec anchors are made up of a single or multiple stainless steel reinforcement section(s) enclosed within a fabric sleeve (sock), into which, once in position, a specialised cementitious grout is injected under low pressure. When applied, the anchor’s sock moulds itself into whatever shapes and spaces the substrate affords, providing a strong, durable mechanical bond in turn fixing the stainless steel in place.
